The Simcoe County Regional Science and Technology Fair supports the youth of our communities as they develop and showcase original STEM projects. Our fair serves all youth in Simcoe County, including students from over 160 public schools, various independent schools, and those who homeschooled.
We are a registered charity. Our committee is made up of volunteers who share a belief that scientific excellence in Simcoe County is worth celebrating. If you are interested in volunteering to support our science fair, please contact us.
Our Science Fair is affiliated with Youth Science Canada, the leading national organization supporting youth STEM projects. Youth Science Canada organizes the Canada Wide Science Fair which takes place each year in May. Simcoe County selects seven students in grades 7 – 12 to travel together and compete in the Canada Wide Science Fair each year.
