2025 Fair Information- NEW UPDATE DUE TO ICE STORM
Friday March 28 and March 29, 2025
| Time | Activity |
| 4:00-6:00 | Students will register, set up their projects and will receive their tshirts. |
| 5:30-6:15 | Public viewing of projects. Judges arrive between 5:30-6:00. Judges will meet in the Bear Creek Library. Judges meeting at 6:00-6:15. |
| 6:15-8:15 | Judging of Divisions and Special Awards. |
| 8:15-9:00 | Judges deliberation. Students will pack up projects. |
| SATURDAY | 10:00 Canada Wide participants will be contacted through email. 10:00 Award Winners will be announced on website and on social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram- SCRSTF) 1:00 Canada Wide participant meeting (participants, parents and committee members) |
