| Before January 18th, 2024 | Participating schools must contact Sally Telford stelford@scdsb.on.ca Students who are not affiliated with a school can enter independently. These students may email Sally directly. |
| Feb. 13th – Mar. 3rd, 2024 | Registration for the fair. Teachers and families should ensure that all students complete their registrations before TBD. Register here: https://forms.gle/Y7oPm9hHnLF5EXsj9 The registration fee for each project is $10. Schools will receive an invoice which is to be paid before or at the fair. |
| TBD | Simcoe County Regional Science and Technology Fair at Bear Creek Secondary School, Barrie. TBD Registration and Set-up: 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Divisional Judging*: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. TBD Students should be at their projects ready for judging by 8:50 AM. Special Award Judging: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Public Viewing: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Lunch Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Magic Show (Optional) : 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony: 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Removal of Exhibits: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. *Please note that parents may NOT be in the exhibit area during divisional judging but are responsible for their children at all times. Parents are welcome in the chairs in front of the stage or in the center area of the foyer. |
